Shipment Processing Time
Estimated Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transport Time.

In the EU region:
It normally takes us 1 to 2 business days to process your order.
And usually your package will arrive within 4~7 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.


Shipping and Verification

1.All orders are shipped from the Growatt warehouse in the French. A confirmation email will be sent by Growatt when you place an order on the website www.eu.growattpower.com. Please check your email. If you did not find the email, please check your spam and add Growatt to your white list.


2.A tracking number will be sent to your email address once your order has been dispatched.

3.If the shipment is delayed for some objective or uncontrollable reasons, we will notify you before delays. During busy holidays, the processing time may take longer than usual and delays should be expected.

4.We cannot change the delivery address once your order is ready for dispatch or has been dispatched. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, the customer, we will contact you immediately to make a correction and the package will be resent for an additional shipping charge. You must provide a daytime telephone number for all orders.

Tracking
You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched. A tracking number will be provided (tracking number will be activated within 24 hours). Please note: This may take longer during events or holidays.
It may take 48-72 hours for tracking information to be updated.
If you are unable to track your parcel normally, please do not hesitate to contact us; we will resolve this issue within 48 hours.

Delivery time exceeded
International shipping may be delayed due to weather and holidays. If your order is delayed, please contact us by email, write here the website service mailbox, and we will check the situation with the shipping company in time. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Order cancellation
If you contact us in time after purchase, we can cancel the order for you. If your payment has been processed and the package has not been shipped, you can cancel your order before the item arrives. We will refund your money in full.
Once the package has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

About taxes
In rare cases, orders may be subject to customs charges levied by your government and not by our website, and you are responsible for these charges. We apologise for any inconvenience, but we have no control over the customs authorities of your country or any other country. For more information on customs fees, duties and taxes, please contact your local customs office.
Note: We do not charge sales tax

Growatt is not responsible for delayed air and ground shipments and losses caused by 1) customs duties, 2) natural disasters, or 3) carrier strikes.

P.O. boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) cannot be delivered.

Make sure to confirm your delivery address before and after placing your order, as late address changes may incur additional charges.

To avoid credit card fraud, we may need to confirm your personal details for large orders. Please ensure that your telephone and email address are contactable.
